PKR804 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PKR804 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of the PKR804 website and all associated services, games, features, and promotions accessible through it.

By accessing the PKR804 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that:

Accepted documents include national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
• Account currency: All PKR804 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after registration.

PKR804 reserves the right to decline any account registration without providing a reason. Registering from a country or region where access to online gaming platforms is restricted does not create an entitlement to use PKR804 services.

PKR804 processes all financial transactions in PKR. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits:

• Deposits can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit or credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR804 balance promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within seconds of confirmation.
• PKR804 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds that you own. Depositing funds on behalf of someone else or using payment methods registered in another person's name is not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be requested to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals will be declined.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• PKR804 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on your bank.
• PKR804 reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests if unusual activity is detected on an account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the cashier page within your account.

PKR804 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated on the Promotions page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Eligibility: Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome offer more than once — including via a new account — will be treated as duplicate account activity and handled accordingly.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

If we determine that bonuses are being abused — including via matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of bonus funds with the intention of withdrawing without genuine play — we reserve the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Changes to offers: PKR804 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active offer will not be affected by changes to that specific offer's terms mid-cycle unless fraud is suspected.

PKR804 offers sports betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Bet placement: Bets are accepted only when you have sufficient PKR balance in your account. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. PKR804 uses "requested odds" — if odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be shown the new odds before the bet is finalised.
• Void bets: PKR804 may void bets in circumstances including match abandonment, event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, or technical failures. Voided bets are refunded to your balance at stake value only.
• Live in-play betting: Live bets are subject to a brief delay for confirmation. PKR804 does not accept liability for bets placed after an in-play event has already been decided, even if the platform has not yet updated to reflect the outcome.
• Maximum winnings: A maximum payout cap per bet or per day may apply. Where a bet would return more than the maximum payout, PKR804 will settle at the maximum payout amount.
• Cricket & PSL markets: For PSL and international Cricket matches, bets on abandoned or shortened matches are governed by the specific rules for that market as stated in the betting section. DLS-affected results are settled based on the official result.
• Disputes: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute within 48 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR804 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any other game format where collusion can influence outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use PKR804 for any financial activity unrelated to genuine entertainment gaming.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward other players or PKR804 staff in chat or support channels.
• Sharing your account credentials with others or using another player's account.

PKR804 monitors accounts continuously. Detection of any of the above behaviours will result in account action without prior warning. PKR804's decision in such matters is final.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, PKR804 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in full.

PKR804 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Continued use of the PKR804 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
